According to my knowledge, excess leave calculation is calucated in following manner,
Leave Entitlement = (Period worked- leave taken) / 6
Excess Leave = Leave taken - Leave Entitlement
If the answer is positive, it means you have taken the excess leave otherwise not.
Also u will get the stipend for the leave u have taken, but the maximum peiod for u get the stipend is 180 days ( pls confirm this days as i am not sure about these days)
