hey friends, i gave my ipcc both groups this past nov'13. Hopefully ill get d desired result. What i am really confused right now is if i register myself as a ca student and articleship trainee in delhi does it necessarily mean i have to do my articleship in delhi??? If not and i do my articleship elsewhere say kolkata, can i transfer back to delhi within the first year without much problem? (sorry for not mentioning here but i have my own reasons)

I dont think any problem will arise...
No Problem at all........ U may join article ship anywhere and may take transfer within 1 year if u have genuine reason
You can do your articleship at any place you want to. You can also transfer your articleship within the first year of your articleship without any problem provided your principal gives his consent for the same. Good luck!

also you are not required to take the permission from ICAI for transfer(During 1st year)...
Just convey your to sign form 109 and submit the form within 30 days of transfer to ICAI.
