plz suggest whether insti will approve my transfer or not??
i joined my articleship in sept 2011 and getting form 109 signed on 22/10/2012. However i have taken leave of 170days due to health problem.

Transfer toh 1st yr me hi hota hai except if u fall under any exceptional category. so try it...dnt kno maybe u might get it..
I joined in Sept last yr and now its October. still m in 1st yr? is it due to leave??
