Hi guys,
I registered for my articleship 4 months back but only the deed is remaining to be submitted now. If any of you have created a deed in the judicial stamp paper (As per ICAI regulations), can you please help with what clauses must form part of the deed ? Do we have to type in the entire 'Form 102' or are there any specific clauses which will suffice ? Kindly help me ASAP. Thank you in advance
Just u can write as per form 102 and sign that's enough with other forms
