I would complete my articleship on 18/08/2009. Would like to know the formalities to be completed -

1) Am I supposed to submit Form 119 " Requisition form for issue of service certificate" ?If yes, is it supposed to be received within 15 days from the completion date ? Is it to be submitted to Sec, New Delhi and not regional , decentralised office?

2) Within how much time Completion Certificate is received ?

3) Are we supposed to submit any document to the Institute along with Form 108.

HI,

1) U r not suppose to submit Form 119 unless your principal deny to sign ur Form 108. Then only u have to BEG him to give service certificate in Form 119.

2) Around one month u'll receive ur completion certificate.

3) There is no other Form or document to be submitted to Institute along with Form 108. Only Form 108 will suffice Institute.

But where is it supposed to be submitted? Decentralised, Regional office or Delhi? Please reply.

Hai,

Suppose the articleship completes on 22nd April,2010 and i have about 25 days of leave credit,is it necessary that Form 108 duly signed by the Principal should be submitted only after 22nd April or is it possible to submit it after 31st March 2010?

Please do reply fast.Its very urgent.......
