Articleship completion letter

sir when I had filled my 103 form then for 3 years of articleship which started from 20.08.2011 should be completed on 19.08.2014 but I have filled 20.08.2014 in my 103 form when my articleship started and so do institute also stamped and mentioned 20.08.2014 as completion. bt now when my articleship ended then I submitted form for comppetion in which I mentioned the completion as 20.08.2014 which was given by me previously. now when the institute sends me the completion letter they mentioned in letter that we have registered your articleship completion as on 19.08.2014. . so I want to ask that from now on I will state everywhere my articleship completion date as 19.08.2014 . means institute has in their letter mentioned the completion on 19.08.2014. and I in my form 103 mentioned 20.08.2014 so from now I will follow 19.08.2014 as per institute .
