From the people who have completed their articlehsip, I would like to know whether ICAI sends articleship completion letter to student's home also along with the CA's office ?

Yes ICAI sent completion letter to @ home also.
You have to submit form 109/108 with icai. Then followup through email to regional office. I have got reply from SIRC

Yes, institute sends completion letter to the Student and a copy to your CA. Generally it takes a month time.
