1. Which form to be filled after completion of articleship????

Which form to be filled after completion of full articleship?

2.In which region we should sent that (ours or headoffice) and uptill how much time ?

-- You have to submit the form at the Regional Office of the Institute within 30 days from completion of your articleship otherwise you have to pay a condonation fee and submit a condonation letter alongwith form 108.

3. Does that form requires any thing to be attached or franking done ?

-- Nothing is required to be attached and no franking needs to be done.
