My articleship is getting over on 13/03/2010, but due to some unavoidable reasons I had to take excess leave and the same is getting extended by 130 days. Moreover I am having differences with my Principal and the environment is not conducive for me to work over there. Now, I have the following doubts:
1. Can I serve the excess period under a different Principal( It was allowed before the institute stopped transfer of articleship during the last 12 months of articleship), If so should I execute a fresh deed of articleship under new principal?
2. Can I take the provision of secondment to serve the excess period under different principal?
