Form 102, 103 is sufficient or any other form

If you have done your articleship seriously, no CA will extend your training for just for 40 days excess.

You should try to persuade your CA. 

Trust me, when you are about to leave the firm, a CA will try to end the relationship in good terms.

You just have to use right approach.

No as per Regulation 59 of CA Regulations, you've to serve that excess period with the same employer. But as Hammad said if you have good relationship with your principal, he would waive off that excess period. 

You can serve under other CA, please see articleship guidelines or contact regional center,but better to convince or principal, say him that u will serve the extra period but don't go in formalities

Hi friends... i am into a Finance firm.. serving last days of my articleship.. bt i hav almost 6mnths of excess leave due to my health issues and coz of ipcc grup 2 exam leaves! Wat according to u shud b done? Wud my employer waive such a hefty amt of excess leave only on d basis of gud relation wid principal?? Plz help
