I am due to complete articleship this month. What are the documents/Forms to be collected from my Principal for submission to the institute on completion of articleship?

first of all dont term urself as failed. noone fails, its the time wrongly spent tht has failed. pls change it. u need to submit form 108 to institute duly signed by ur principal. Also u need to get the formed franked from a stamp office near u.
