I have completed my articled training on 28th June, 2011. But due to some problems I could not submit the articleship completion form to the institute immediately. Is there any time limit for submitting the articleship completion forms?

yes within 30 days otherwise you have to send letter with late fee should not more than 90 days approx

OK. So now that I have to submit my CA final exam forms, can I get the same signed by any other CA since my articleship is complete but submission of articleship completion form is pending?
no after institute letter about completion of articleship becoz that you have to attach letter copy with exam form
