hai friends! I have a query. What right a student has got over his principal when his principal refuses to sign in form 108 even after completion of excess leave or purposefuly delays signing in 108 with a view to cause inconvenience to a student?

NO, Employer has no right to retain the article at his office beyond completion of training.
I think u should send a letter to ICAI for complaining against ur employer regarding this.
