Articleship completed need help

Dear all,

I have completed my articleship on Dt.29/07/2016,i have registered myself with my employer on Dt 29/07/2013 when he was in a firm but now he had already quit that firm and joined another firm form 01/01/2014 during my article ship. 

so i request you all please help me out, and suggest me what should i do in such circumstances.It's Urgent.
