articleship completed but submission of 108 failed

You can submit form 108 ,but you need to write a condonation letter stating reason for delay in filing the form along with a demand draft of Rs.1000 (penalty for late filing of form108) . You can find the format of condonation letter if you search, but don't forget to  get the condonation letter signed with your principle with whom u have completed your articles .
