I have completed my ca articleship on 06/08/1998 but unfortunatley i have not cleared any exams.
Is there any provision to complete CA with presetn certificate of articleship complete.
If yes, please give me procedure.

As far as I know there is no provision by which articleship completion leads to CA completion. You will have to pass the final exams to be recognized as a CA. Till then articleship is just an experience gained for u. If you can spare time from your daily routine, you can appear for pending CA exams. With hardwork and bit of luck, you can surely complete it.
