I am doing Actuaries with my CA Articleship continuing. Now, I want to fill form no. 112.
But I am confused about Seal, Stamp & Principal's Signatureas in case of college seal, stamp of college signature of principal.
Please let me know from whom I need to get seal, stamp & Signature

Only in case of regular course these details are to be filled . Otherwise, just attach with form 112 , ur identity card issued by the Actuary Institude.
