Articleship & Online Exam Form -Problem

Dont' worry dear Just fill the form no need to submit the certificate...........Its Provisional Facility from icai.......

dear Suresh please elaborate  whether to fill as articleship completed,& but in that case ICAI requires 

Articleship Completion Certifcate Issued By ICAI within month after depositing Form 108, in the given case i have not deposited form 108,therfore no certificate???

 Jus follow what Suresh had suggested..Submit ur application form in provisional basis..select the option "TRAINING COMPLETED"..submit ur form 108 at the earliest from the day you submitted ur exam application..U will get the Certificate of Service Completion in a week or two from ICAI..then along with a covering letter quoting ur Reg no. and BARCODE of ur application form, post the attested photocopy of this certificate to the address to whom ur exam application is posted..

how do i know if my exam form has been delivered and recieved by ICAI or not ??
