Hello Friends,

There is a friend of mine who has qualified CA recently. As he did not take his articleship seriously he is facing serious trouble and suffering now. He feels that his theoretical knowledge is very good but is a waste since he has no experience of how to apply this knowledge in real life practical situations.

So friends i want your suggestions that what should he do now to overcome this problem as no reputed firm is willing to take him due to his inadequate practical experience.

I will really appreciate if you can give some serious solutions/tips to this problem.

May be now its of no use to say , articleship is imp, as ur frnd must have realised it now

He/She passed CA so should be a well doing academic student, but what we need here is skills just to tackle day to dat affairs, just its nothing great as its just the start of his career.

The only way he can accomplish is just we must be willing to learn, it may have been easy before qualification but now it must be tough. Follow the Policy - "Bend but do not break "

He can go join in a meduim sized firms, for short run do not mind salary very much, learn there dew things then start his own office and do thingz and have in touch with his Ca fraternity, it will work

Coz my Principal is been in thirty yrs of service,a actually he was BSC Physics @ 1972, 1976 passed this CA, he joined as a staff in a small firm to know things, he started doing it and now hes the No 1 Ca in our Town. SO it doesnt matter, He can get thru

Also from here i think we must all insist everyone a serious a.ship. Coz i think v r responsible to do so.
