Articleship after a gap

Hi,

I have a query please. I completed my CA PE2 examination in May 2008. But I haven't done my articleship since then(never registered). I wish to register for my articleship now. How do I register for articleship now? what are the formalities I need to complete? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
