Hi pratik, if and if only ur boss adjusts with u.. then only u can sit for november

Look, even i've taken leaves fr my bcom exams, my boss too didnt pay stipend for tat period...

But he's ready to sign for me for november attempt.. Conveynce ur boss that u'll cover the leave period later...

THANKS 4 UR REPLY DHIRAJ BHAI........BUT WHEN I HV 2 SIGN THE THE COMPLETION FORM? MY ARTICLESHIP IS ENDING ON 10-10-2010. ND DAT IS THE MOST PEAK TIME 4 STUDIES...... SO CN I SUBMIT THE FORM AFTER 15TH NOV i.e  AFTER THE EXAMS OR NOT???TILL 10-10-10 I M ELIGIBLE FOR 180 DAYS OF LEAVE ?????

sir my articl period gets over on 31st oc 10.. wen do i submit my exam form?

Mr.Pratik, relax...why are u so worried? So what if ur articles gets completed on 10th oct?? u Sign ur form 108 when u are free and ask either ur friend or anyone maybe ur father or brother to get it signed from ur auditor on ur behalf..u can submit form 108 without fine only before 8/11/2010 i.e within 30 days...however u can submit it on a later date with a fine of Rs.300 i think..ya, u are eligible for a leave of 180 days max in ur articles and u can also claim compensatory leave if u have worked for more than 35 hrs a week and the excess hrs u have worked during tax audits, individual filings and so on..Dont worry...All the Best

and Nikitha, the last day for submitting the form in ur case is Nov 29 without fine..u have to submit within 30 days of articles getting over..from 30th day onwards, fine is there

pratik, as per institute guidelines, u can not appear for ca finals (PCC scheme) unless and until u have served ur complete articleship (including excess leave). Hence, you can not appear for CA finals in november 10 in case ur partner is not able to show reduced leave on form 108.

Are you sure about this guys..

Mine is aslo same case

But some telling that U can appear for Exams after completing 3.5 years of articleship and have to do extended articleship after exams for excess leave taken....

you have your exams in November 2010 which will most probably held during the first week of November till maximum Nov 20, 2010...ur articles gets completed on Oct 31 as u said above and the last date for u to submit the form 108 is Nov 30,2010..so even after appearing in ur exams conducted during the first week till Nov 20, you have time till Nov 30 to submit ur form showing leave of not more than 180 days..ok..Is it clear?
