As such transfer is not allowed except certian exemptions as provided by icai....
But i heared that one T/F is allowed............
If it is within the said exception list....

No transfer is not allowed, only permission to transfer given to those person they did application for transfer before july.
yes 1 transfer is allowed...........
no one time transfer, transfer allowed only on ground of certain exemptions provided in regulations of ICAI.
