Greetings everyone.
My principal under whom i am registered has left the firm and has joined another firm. Do i need to get transferred to the same firm or continue in the present firm ? Do i need to complete any formalities ? Kindly clarify

The articleshio might get auto terminated / you will have to apply for termination asap. Either ways you will have to apply for termination/ transfer and join somewhere else. Probably you can continue in the same firm as well but you need to follow the transfer / termination and rejoining procedure. I suggest you to visit your nearest regional centre and ask them for guidance asap. Basically dont delay it else it might result into a gap. For reference fo through regulation 56 and 57 of institute.
