Please help
I want to ask that if articleship of a student extended after giving final exam, who has given his final exams and waiting for results, would his attempt got invalid? Please reply soon

No. in this case attempt could not be treated as invalid attempt.

Is it same position even if he has worked for less than 2 n 1/2 years? And filing the details in 108 after final exams and before results?

1 Month Gmcs 1 and 2

Leave taken for 4 months for exams in between.
Actually I want to say that period of 3 years is complete before appearing in final exams out of which actually served period is 29 months for which 29 cheques of stipend received and such period is exclusive of IT, OP, Gmcs etc.
in this case there is no problem.
no Invalid attempt.

not more than 156 days.
if u show leave of more than 156 days in 108 your articleship should be extended for the days equal to in excess of 156 days
