The letter sent by ICAI is regarding excess leaves taken by you. You need to serve the excess leave period of 24 days as mentioned in the letter & on completion of that period, you are required to send form 108 again for 24 days.
If you are continuing under the same employer, you can serve the excess period by filing form 107; else you will have to file form 103 with the institute.
