Dear all, As I have joined articles in the said date and I fail to submit form-112 for seeking permission to pursue Icwa course on submission of my articles completion institute condoned me with a fine of Rs.1000 and also siting reasons for non disclosure of submission of form-112 what reasons should I submit?? the correct reason for not submitting is that after registration for that course I did not appear any exam so I did not send form-112. so please guide the consequences is there any effect on my articles or examination or career? plz help me plz

You are required to disclose the matter, regardless of whether u r appearing for exams or not.
I think you should pay 1000 & get condoned.
Is that can be the reasonable clause for not attending exams??
I will pay condonation.
