Hi... currently i m persuing my articleship training in bangalore it has been 1 year 3 months but now i want to go my home town i.e Bhilai so can i eligible for the same n countinue my training there.. plz advise me as soon as possible.

Yes u can take transfer. But only by providing valid reason, and the consent of ur principal and icai is must.
that is the only reason that i have because of some personal problem i cannot able to countinue in bangalore city or else i have to quit CA. plz help me.
