I am Kavita Patil. I registered for IPCC under direct entry scheme in jan 2013.. After that I joined articleship on April 29th 2013. I asked my principal to give 3 months leave for exams. He didn't agree so I took 109 form i got his sign on 17th feb 2014.. But when i went to institute to ask what all documents should be attached with this form they told you can take termination but you must rejoin immediately.. i have plan to join after exam.. please help me to get through it..

Hi, the institute people were right. You must join in other immediately. Any way you have an option to ask for leave in the new firm.
