Dear CCI memebers
I have completed my CA-articleship of two years, now due to some personal reasons i want to terminate the articleship. My question is whether after one year can i continue my of CA-Articleship, and what are the provisions to follow to terminate the articleship?

No ! You cann't terminate your Articleship before 3 years, but can do Dummy Articleship with consent of Your Principal.
It will be better for You to do Dummy Articleship, Its question on Your career So Please Do not Terminate Your Articleship.

No, You can't do as you said. You can opt idea of Mr Sumit as illegal basis.
You should be noted that, as you completed your 1 year of Article ship and if you are already cleared your IPC level then you can opt ATC Degree from institute. You are eligible if you want to leave articleship.
