SUPPOSE A STUDENT HAS SENT THE TERMINATION FORM TO CA OFFICE 45 DAYS LATE FROM THE DATE OF HIS ARTICLESHIP TERMINATION WHAT IS THE FINE FOR THAT (TERMINATION DATE IS 13TH MARCH AND HE HAS SENT AROUND IN 24TH APRIL TO THE OFFICE HIS FORM) AND ALSO HE WANTS TO START THE ARTICLESHIP IN THE MONTH OF JULY DUE TO HIS EXAM IN MAY AND ALSO DUE TO OTHER REASON CAN HE START THE ARTICLESHIP AFTER A BREAK

see transfer of articleship form should be submitted to icai with in 30 days,
or else some fines are applicable..i guess it is some 100rs/-
you better consult ca-esahayata so that you can get some nice trusted reply,..
or else you can contact nearest regional councel of icai

or else send the form to icai with a covering letter requesting icai for condonation of delay
