there is a good ca firm in pune where i m trying to get articleship. it is a midsized firm .
but currently there are no vacancies there as they just finished recruiting articles n i was late in applying.
the partner suggested that i do artcleship at another firm for 1 year n then he will take me next year on priority basis.
ie. transfer next year to his firm
what are the pros and cons? will it affect my future prospects ....?
should i go ahead?
what are the rules and procedures involved regarding transfers?
