Nikhil you are very lucky tha your CA has a good nature, which is very necessary to continue for long term.

Also if he makes you learn things than you must not change it.

Bcoz chances of getting a very good CA are very low, unless you dont have ne source.

Try to collect information about few good firms in your area. If you are able to find a very good CA Firm better than your present one then you can move but please consider and evaluate all prons and cons.

I am pursuing my articleship in a small firm  and would be very keen to join a good big firm in mumbai, have a special inclination towards taxation. It would be very kind to get a few guidelines....

DOnt Shift.. there is lots to learn after CA.. Work with boss and finish in 1st attempt

Small or Big doesnt not matter. See for the nature of clients a firm has. It is possible that you may learn very little even if you join a Big 4. Also it is upto you how much you can fetch and make yourself skillful in our field, how keen are you to gain knowledge and how much interest you show in your work...
