i have started my articleship on 19th march and had given my B.com 3rd year exams also . the result of b.com is awaited. i have also submitted my articleship form to the ICAI. I have not filled Form No. 112 (to persue other course). Now i have received a letter from ICAI in which it is written that i have to fill form 112 and should be signed by my employer. but i have completed my b.com(only my result is awaited) & i dont want to do any other course.so can anyone tell me what to do????
what was the schedule of your b.com exam? If it was ended before joining your articleship then you don't need to fill form 112 but if your b.com exams are started & ended after joining the articleship then you have to submitt the form 112. my exams were ended on 2nd april so i have to fill form 112.....please tell me whether i have to fill the form as private or regular student.and if i fill as private student then will there b any problem????
If you were enrolled as a regular student than you should not fill form 112 as a private student. Mention only true informations in forms.
