thnks...xactly i wnted to know this...bt tel me one thing...will it cause any prob when i will look for job or in interview later?? wil they listen to any xcuse..?tecnically if i clear in this may...thn its my 2nd attempt..bt if they consider oterws then wht should i do??

As far as looking for jobs go, a lot of freshly licensed Chartered Accountants have told me that it's only your CA Final which really counts towards getting a job. IPCC is considered, but it isn't looked at with the amount of seriousness the recruiters look at your CA Final.

So quit worrying. And anyway, when you're out looking for a job, academics is generally the last thing recruiters would look at. Everyone walking into the interview room with you is a Chartered Accountant, with pretty much the same knowledge. They look at other things, and that's where you have to outdo your competitors.

And the recruiters are smart enough to figure out how well you'll suit their company.

So don't worry. Sit for the examinations, pass them, and move on.

yeah   it is  considered   ur attempt  as per ICAI  but  u don,t  need  to say   anyone  that u did  not  sat  on exam  coz  of illness....so don,t  say that  to anyone  just  sit  on next  exam  n clear   both  group  in one sitting   .  if u vl clear  both  group  in  single attempt   then nobody going  to ask u   about  no  of attempt   coz   u   will  have sinle  result  okay........... n   yeah  one more thing   it  wont  affect   articleship.,,,,,,,  n for getting  job....   final   does  matter....   package  of many comany  vary with  no  of attempt  in final/.......................... so   attempt  is  veryt  important  for  final
