Hi, I am Rajesh from Bangalore, I taken transfer of Articles in the 11months 17 days. are the Institute will accept my transfer?. or is it ask the reasons for transfer of articles at the end of the 1st year. I'm getting confusion on my friends suggestions regsrding this. Please give me solutions for this.

i hav an offer from balu and anand, malleshwaram, b'lore..... can any1 please tel me hw d firm is??? its urgent plzzzzzzzz.........

i have fullfilled the article registration form as on 7 sep 2011 but due to some problem my employer seat is fullfilled so how can i registered from which date .. i have a option to terminate one article which is undergoing my employer from 5 year ...can someone help me??????

It Means sir, i have a leeter from ca institute that your registration is pending due to non-vacancy of seat under ur employer . employers seat has already full.

It seems your articleship is not yet started as per ICAI records.

Immediately, register with another CA, wherever vacancy is available .

articleship is smthng that we all have to go through 

i would jus suggest that please join a firm where they dont torture you if u tend to take leaves for even studyng for ur exams

its a very imp decision that u must take wisely 

balance the pros and cons before joing anywhere

any as regards to artclshp in the first year u can take transfer  (even i did)

but provided ur employer(principal) agrees which is most of the cases screws everythng up 

so if u are in the first year you still have a chance to take transfer 

rest depends on ur reputation with the employer

artclshp is not a joke 

its 3 yrs 

but side by side u also need to study 

take a wise decision

I understand your plight. I am sailing on the same boat. Dont think i can help u much but i would instead would like to know from where u r pursuing MFA!!! because i am very interested in doing it. and also what are its job opportunities? 

Can any one Help me plzzzzz.... I have qualified the PE 2 Examination during Nov 2007  and completed the IT Trainning last month now can i join Articleship Trainning or should i completed Orientation Programme.
