my aticleship got completed on 2april 2011....it got extended for a period of 5month.....extended period was served from 2aug to 2dec.....but i took leave for exam from oct to nov.......will this period be counted a period served or my aticleship would again get extended by thi period....do i need to fill form 107 or 103?....

So you need to fill Form 107...
