so what did you do then???? Talking about it withh boss is the last thing i would consider....you stayed or left???

It is the most common and difficult problem in all articles life.

First decide what your problem really is:

1. is it wheather less work exposure,

                    or

2. that all articles are leaving and you will be alone there.

And of course it is only you who will decide wheather to continue with the present firm or to join some other firm. And for this it is prefferable to discuss your problem with the articles of your firm i.e. your seniors. They will guide you well.

My problem is not that i will be alone...but the problem is that i am unable to understand its exposure....

I was in the same situation few months ago...

I was working a med size firm...I worked there for 7 months...then got transffered to an another Firm...

my new boss is gem of a person...very humble....and always eager to teach me something new!!!

I SAID HIM......TRUE HONESTLY...THAT....I JOINED UR FIRM IN GREED OF EXPLOSURE  OF IT FEILD AND CORPORATE AFFAIRS.....

IN 7 MONTHS .....THINGS WHICH I LEARNED IS TALLY 7.2....AND VOUCHING FILES...

AFTER THAT HAVE SOME LECTURE..THEN.... AGREED....FOR THE TRANSFER...

TRUTH IS THE BEST REMEDY DOESN'T NEED ANY EXCUSES OR ANY REFFERNCES...

Just visit to your boss and tell him the truth.

Tell him that your want to join some other firm.
