Please help me friends

My articleship is getting over on 12 July 2011. And i am serving an extention period of 3 months. According to the rule i can also serve the extention under another CA and not my current principal. But i havent still cleared my PCC examation. Can u guys pls confirm if this rule is applicable and that i can serve my entention under another CA . And is it possible for me to serve my extension after clearing my PCC. If yes, then what about the signature on my exam form in the mean period.

yes you can do your extended articleship with another principle.

Yes , You can tranfer your articleship if your boss is wants to extend your articleship.

As per my Personal opinion, Firstly You should talk with your boss for settlement regarding period of articleship, if he agree to reduce the period up to august-31, then continue there. and if he not agree you should get transfer imdiately after complition of regular articleship.

hi sir ,

i was passing c.p.t exam.

i waste my precise one year time in doing i.p.c.c

i was giving a may. 2011 paper also.

i am appearing for both group of ippc in nov.2011

i was passing my become in may 2010.

as per new notification i am eligible for articalship or not?
