Ya of course. You can send the copy if you have. This is just a formality.

But in the copy, ensure that your original sign is there at every place. Sending form with xerox copy of signature part in the form is not proper.

Thanks.. but at which place it would be better to submit form 108, at ITO or at Vishwas Nagar??

where you have already submitted the form there you should send it

Ek covering letter likho:-

1.Refer to your letter No.........dt.........

2.As per your under reference letter, my signatures on page No-2 of Form No-105 are missing..........

3.I am sumitting the photo copies of the same/page No-2 of Form No-105 for your ready reference.If you found any query in this regards in future............................

(Like this and quote a letter No. on your letter like SA/ICAI/Quaries/01 as may be for future correspondance with ICAI)

It is very effective and easy way for forevery.

I have completed my articleship training from anurag associates and i have also submitted form 108 two months ago but ,yet ihave not received any type of confirmation or any type of letter.so please tell me what procedure should I adopted

So learn from your mistake and Keep remember while doing in future....

Replace your principal's (CA) Membership Number with "123456" in above link and see all the articleship details if they showed it in completed then its just a matter of time when you will recieve your completion letter and if its still showing you currently undergoing then call them and ask for status.

Meet the concenrened  Officer personally at ur nearest Regional council office to solve ur qurries.
