I have completed my articlesship in 2005,
I heard that ICAI will issue as certificate "Accounts specialist certification" only for those who completed articles
Please let me know the procedure to get the same.

You should have cleared either ipcc, pcc or PE-II and you articleship should be completed.
Then only you can apply for ATC.
