form 108 required to fill within 30 days of completion of ur articleship to regional ICAI office.

otherwise penalty will be charged.

Form 107 should be submitted duly franked on the date of starting the extention and not the later dated or you have to follow the regular registration procidure i.e form 102 & form 103( if there is break of articleship). and on complition of articleship form 108 is to be submitted.
