Need an advice
One of my friend has just completed one year and nine months of articles.
Now intending to take classes for four months and then wants to go for industrial training in her last year.
But her principal is denying for leave. What all options do she have , so that her final attempt must not disturb and to attend industrial training in her last year.?

Well she can attend classes in the morning and in the evening, if leave is not granted!
During the Articleship period leaves are granted with mutual understanding of principle & article, however if he/she is in last year of training period & some unavailed leaves are still standing, then only Principle can't denied from article to taking his balance leaves period. otherwise article has to folow what principle the principle wan'ts
Therefore its advisable to you adjust your office timing with coaching schedule, but don't try to force CA to allowed him/her for leaves.

But she wants to attend to go for chennai or bangalore for classes (out of her place of working, as there was no coaching available for final at the place where she is working), So she cannot attend both.

If she wan'ts to take coaching classes out of station it means coaching classes gets more preference than Trainning. Also as you mention more one & half years already over, therefore transfer/termination is also not allowed.
Soo if your CA is not allowed, drop your coaching classes schedules
