Articles Completion Query

I have wrongly submitted Form 109 to the institute against which i received reply from insitute requiring me to submit Form 108 (in duplicate) and other formalities which are very cumbersome. I communicated the isssue to the institute and received an advice to resubmit the Form 109.  However i Could not receive any written communication from the institute as an evidence. Please suggest me the best alternative which I should choose.
