My articles period will end on 19/09/2014. I took 1year leave for coaching and preparation of ca final on the assurance that "i will do this period later". i gave my final attempt in may 2014, my principal signed the exam application form. Now i need your suggestions.at what date i have to submit the form 108? is it on 19/09/2014 or the extend period.
i am totally confused,pl help me.
my articleship completion date is 11-09-2014. regarding form 108 , at present my principle's signature is different from form 103 because of reconstitution of my ca firm and my principal had updated his new signature to icai . i am in dilemma , which signature of my principal is accepted? in filling form 108. whether its the signature of form 103 or new updated signature . if old signature is accepted then my principal won't do old signature. please help me.
