Article transfeer within 1 year for maedical ground

there is no need to give any application to institute for transfer within first year of training just fill form no 109 with signature of employer to institute

article are free to take transfer within first year without any restriction , and  employer has no right to deny

 

u can show her on ICAI website that a student doesnt require any approval frm institute while taking trnsfr within 1 year....

I shown her the rules and regulations already .. But as i mentioned she only want me to go through institution....

Better you speak to one concerned Articles dealing person by visiting to nearest Branch or Regional Office. Explain your problem there and take his direct telephone no. Now go to your Principal and make a call to that official and let him say the same reason to her too. Hope this may work out.

simply write a mail to articles section of the region and also mark a cc to the particular region's mail id.

Rupesh , Krishna , Thanx for the reply. But you better know our CA rules. That's the must funniest part of the rules.. 1st it says an article can transfer within 1 yr. 2nd next sentence the mentioned institute won't interfere in the dispute between article and principal. Even I asked them to guide me what to do? They clearly told me not to waste their time. Whereas interestingly my principal know all these and so told me to go through institute only. Is it possible to write a mail or if i give a written request to institute .

saala i also want to transfer my articleship from my present emplopyer becuase of his ill behaviuor with me i m doing 12 hours work here,,, my articleship is completed 1.6 years
