Article student can act as lic agent

Form 112 has to be submitted to ICAI when articleship is commencing, In it you have to mention that if the student is also engaged in any other activity during the business hours.If an articled assistant is engaged in any other business or profession then compulsorily ICAI's permission is required. so, for getting permission it is obvious that ICAI should be given knowledge of this fact.  If agency business is not during 11 to 6 then, ICAI may permit. Ultimately it is all that ICAI has to decide.
