I have problem regarding my articleship because my CA is going to surrender his COP so please anyone can guide me what is the procedure to change the articleship and which forms i have to submitted please explain in details

you have to get signed form 109 (available on icai website) from your ca and get terminated from him and u will have to deposit that with the institute, also form 103 for your re registration with another ca also needs to be deposited.
