Article ship extention
Friends please help me, I have completed my article ship, with 12 months leave, my boss is say to write 365 days as leave taken not considering the holidays he has given, Sunday, exam days. is he right?? can I ask him the details of my extention through ICAI?

You have taken 12 months leave!! No day for articleship!! Institute gives leave for 182 days including Sundays. So actually leave for studies excluding Sundays are 156 days around. So remaining days are 365-156=209 days. So you can get extension for 209 days approx.
Thank u sir, so how many days of leave should I mention in Form 108, 365 or 209??
In that holidays I gave 4 attempts exam holidays too.
