Article is allowed transfer how many times through out articleship??

in the first year no restriction. afterwards copleting some requirements- no no.

One of my frnd has taken thrice transfer bt it was in 2009, now i think evry

time u need to inform ICAI n only if thy permitt & on permssible grounds

only ur allowed to take transfer .

So either purchase a book called STUDENTS GUIDE TO TRAINING frm

any Regional chapter  of ICAI or write ur querry on E-SAAHAYTAA on

ICAIS's website so ull get to kno ur ans .

After u finding the answer also pls post it on CA CLUB so other members

may also be informed on the said topic.

Tushar Sir, one of my friend had asked query on e-sahayata regarding the process for transfer in 1st year of A'ship. They replied specifying that one can directly file Form 108 without the prior permission of the institute for termination of A'ship..

So u are telling that in first year icai allows any no of ransfer witout their permission....i don think so dis must b their real intention ..pls confirm it in person at any regional chapter fr further clarification.

I will surely confirm about the number.. But normally we required the prior permission of Institute stating whether we can opt for transfer or not.. No such deal for first year articles..
