Article bringing disrepute to firm and creating nuisance

A senior article in our firm is creating nuisance and bringing disrepute to the firm. Also she is influencing other articles assistants in negative manner. She is also encouraging groupism. Due to this behaviour, work atmosphere is getting disturbed. And all of the negative behaviour done by her happens in the absence of principal. 

What is the professional or legal way in terms of ICAI to handle this ? I know only about termination. But that is with mutual consent. She is not ready to sign the termination form.

I, as a senior article, am concerned about our firm because this is not at all prefessional behaviour that she is doing.

Please help me with various options available.
